Hourly Services

These prices are valid if one of our one price packages doesn't fit your needs

Remote Service

($55.00 / hr) We use state-of-the-art remote software to connect to your computer remotely and troubleshoot your problem. If we are unable to fix your problem remotely, we will send a technician to your home and you will not be charged for the remote service.

Home Service

($75.00 / hr) (Mileage may apply) We will come to your home and take care of any problems you are having.

Pick Up

($65.00 / hr) We will pick up your computer, take it back to our facility and then return it when it's fixed!

One Price Packages

One price covers it all. Some services will be performed remotely, others require onsite or pickup service. Call for specifics.

System Tune-Up

($40) We'll clean up your system and get it running smooth again

Software Installation

($35) Any one piece of software installed.

Hardware Installation

($40) Any one piece of hardware (excludes motherboard).

Operating System Repair

($125) OS repair from a dysfunctional or non-bootable state.

Operating System Restore

($75) Your PC will be restored to brand new "out of the box" condition (Data Backup Not Included)

Network Configuration

($60) Configuration of an already exising network in order to make it function again.

Network Setup

($75) Setup of a new LAN (Network).
